Thinclient Boot CD

How can I create a bootable CD to work on an old COMPUTER accessing an LTSP web server. I have actually located enough documents on mounting an LTSP web server, yet no reference on just how to create a bootable CD. (COMPUTER mimicing a thinclient). My old COMPUTER does not sustain starting from LAN.
