Google web designer devices reporting whole zero subdomain connecting to www domain name, regardless of irreversible redirect

Looking in web designer devices it is reported that I have a hundred of so incoming web links from my origin domain name, domain.com, to www.domain.com. This is although I have an irreversible redirect arrangement in nginx is conf documents to www.

Clearly I do not intend to be punished for cross domain name connecting yet just how can I clear this screw up? To my expertise the nil domain name was never ever obtainable so I do not recognize just how google evidently indexed it.
