What is the most convenient means too Linux from a USB drive on Intel Mac?
I would love to boot an Intel Mac from Linux on an exterior USB drive. Now, I have install rEFIt and also usage grub on the inner hard disk too the exterior drive. That appears rather made complex. Isn't there a less complicated means?
Specifically one that does not entailed mounting anything on the inner drive?
Apple does not desire it to be very easy!!!
You can probably ask the rEFIt devs to make the details procedure you desire a little bit less complicated, yet I do not assume you can get without needing to install something to prevent Apple - enforced constraints.
