I need the default set of software sources to recover my installation

I simply had the default ones. They are ALL gone. I can not install any kind of software program in all. I am making use of Kubuntu 11.04 x86.

I have no suggestion why they went away. They simply did.:/

How do I get the default software sources back?

(I recognize the sudo add - apt - repository command, yet I require to names of the default databases)
