Leaguecraft (http://leaguecraft.com/) has several customer sent overviews - - if you can not locate anything on the main LoL discussion forums (the Guides/Strategies discussion forum) that is where I would certainly examine (you really did not state a certain champ, or I would certainly have obtained extra details)
Solomid.net has a great deal of excellent streams of leading gamers. You can see either live or formerly streamed suits.
