Run "Shared Folders" (fsmgmt.msc) as a various customer

I am attempting to run Shared Folders under a various domain name customer according to among customer is answer for my various other inquiry How do you know who or what is locking a remote file?

runas/ customer :domain name \ customer fsmgmt.msc

Even though running fsmgmt.msc on its own functions great, I am unable to run it when incorporating with runas. (domain name \ customer < - - I am making use of a legitimate customer name)
