How to remove periodic pop - up messages from the carrier

My Milestone is generating pop - up messages every half a hr with "your debts are reduced please add even more debts". It is actually aggravating. Exists any kind of means to obstruct them?

Not without either filling a personalized ROM that does not have these popups. These are possibly "attributes" included for your service provider, so an extra "common" ROM would possibly stop them.
