NFS approvals and also slow-moving duplicate

I have an NFS share on an OpenBsd web server. When I analyze the share from my Ubuntu box I do not appear to have all approval eg write. Additionally replicating a documents from the NFS share to the Ubuntu equipment can take > 1 hr for a 44mb documents. Any kind of pointers?

I exported the share via /etc/exports:

/home/some_user/downloads -alldirs -maproot=some_user -network=192.168.5.0 -mask=255.255.255.0

And placed the share the adhering to.

sudo mount 192.168.5.60:/home/some_user/downloads ~/test

Increase rsize and also wsize on the Ubuntu box (I have actually placed this in /etc/fstab) :

server:/dir /dir nfs rw,soft,intr,rsize=8192,wsize=8192 0 0

To increase the rate usage UDP :

sudo mount -o udp 192.168.5.60:/home/some_user/downloads ~/test

Try making use of mapall=some_user to see if that addresses your approval trouble.
